AmCham Canada Welcomes Elise Maheu as Senior Vice-President, Public Policy & Stakeholder Relations

AmCham Canada is honoured to announce the addition of Elise Maheu to its management team as Senior Vice-President Public Policy & Stakeholder Relations. “We’re thrilled to have Elise join our team bringing her strong North American perspective and a strategic results-oriented approach to advancing public policy priorities that support economic growth and cross-border collaboration” said AmCham Canada’s President Rick Tachuk.

Formerly with 3M Company, Maheu has held senior leadership roles in government affairs across Canada and the United States -- at both the state and federal levels -- and globally. Most recently leading global government affairs for trade and enterprise risk. She brings proven senior leadership in business management and global supply chains in global markets including North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Elise has consistently been recognized as one of Canada’s top lobbyists by The Hill Times from 2021 to 2025, reflecting sustained leadership and influence in public policy. She holds significant governance experience and has served as National Chair of the Board of Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters in addition to roles on advisory boards and industry associations.
