AmCham Canada Statement on the Postponement of U.S. 338 Tariffs

The American Chamber of Commerce in Canada applauds the U.S. decision to extend negotiations with Canada and to postpone implementation of the 338 tariffs. We welcome an extension that leads to resolution of the current trade disputes and urge both governments to use this time expeditiously to achieve a sustainable, comprehensive outcome.
