Mr. Nayak is a senior business development, and international trade expert with over 20 years of experience in developing c-suite partnerships in the private, public & government sectors, tactical revenue generation, and business growth strategies.

He is the Founder and President of Capstone Networks Inc., a leading management consulting firm that develops & delivers revenue growth, go-to-market and new market-entry strategies. He is also a Senior Partner at Prestige Consulting, a firm specializing in international market expansions for corporations.

Mr. Nayak is highly involved in the business community & serves on the Advisory Committee of ‘Entrepreneurship Connections’ at ACCES Employment.

Mr. Nayak has held various senior leadership positions in organizations like The Toronto Region Board of Trade, Loyalty One Inc. and Cendant Corp. Mr. Nayak has worked extensively within Canadian, American and Asian Markets, with various MNCs, Chambers of Commerce, Board of Trades, Embassies and Consulate Generals.
