Sujeet is an experienced North American CFO with over twenty years' financial leadership experience in capital markets, strategic  acquisitions, and operating in a global environment as well as extensive financial ,operational and transactional experience in the software industry.  Sujeet is CFO at BlueCat Networks  with overall responsibility for the Finance, Legal and IT functions. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and was Chief Accounting Officer at OpenText Corporation, CFO at Hootsuite and CFO at Solium Capital which he helped sell to Morgan Stanley.
