Lisa Boulton

Lisa is General Counsel and a senior executive of the J2 Group, a Canadian headquartered group of   
companies which includes AGS Automotive and Tiercon, Tier 1 suppliers to the North American auto
industry with operations in both Canada and the US. In her role, Lisa has worked extensively with
governmental departments and agencies in both countries. During Lisa’s tenure as Vice Chair of the
APMA, she also participated in many significant initiatives affecting the North American auto industry,
including providing advice and strategic direction in connection with the terms and implementation of
CUSMA/USMCA, with the industry’s transition to EVs and with the appropriate responses to varied
potential opportunities and threats to the industry.  Prior to joining J2, Lisa was a partner in the Torys
law firm in Toronto.
