Managing for Growth Series 2014
Organization Lifecycles: How Organizations Grow; Why they Die and What to Do About This.

Keynote Speaker: Ian MacDougall
Ian MacDougall is the Founder of Corporate LifeCycles Inc. - a consulting firm which specializes in large-scale organizational change – including life cycle diagnosis, organization mission, values, strategy, structure, accountability and reward systems.

All living things, including organizations, have a life cycle. They are born, they grow and over time many will age and die. As they progress along this life cycle, organizations can expect to encounter certain predictable challenges. How management responds to these will ultimately determine the success or failure of the organization.
At this seminar you will learn how to understand what causes organization atrophy; how to prevent it and how to reverse it.
Fees: $25 includes continental breakfast (net proceeds go to the Ted Rogers School of Management)
A complimentary parking pass will be mailed to registrants
