Neil Sinclair was born in The City of Toronto where he received his elementary education first at Brown School on Avenue Road, followed by Deer Park  then high school at Oakwood Collegiate on St. Clair.

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from York University where he remains a Fellow of Stong College to this day. He earned his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Windsor having also attended classes at  the University of Western Ontario where he met his future wife.

He commenced his law practice in London Ontario working in interesting areas such as Broadcasting Law. He returned to the City of Toronto practicing litigation, before being recruited to the Computer Industry with Epson Canada  where he served as the first legal executive with national responsibilities as General Counsel.

Next at Toronto City Hall with his wife Margaret (Sinclair) Rintoul, his talents were then developed on the business side being responsible for Human Resources, Lease Administration, Procurement and Communications strategy and implementation across Canada. His career continued as Vice President for Pro C Corporation where he developed an international distribution strategy and North American consulting framework.   He went on to consulting in the computer industry working on the ground floor of the electronic data exchange for public securities trading on a national basis in Canada.

Education has been and remains a passion for Neil. He has served with the faculty of Fanshawe College in London, with Humber College, Centennial College, and Seneca College here in Toronto.  He has also lectured in law at the Ted Rogers School in Management, Ryerson University.

Following the infamous date of 9/11, he served as the founding CEO of The American Chamber of Commerce in Canada where he led bi-national policy initiatives in trade, taxation and business working with government, and senior bi-national corporations in Canada.

Neil moved to the Beach to raise his family and has resided there for the past 20 plus years. He has been married to Margaret  for 32 years and has three grown children; Arthur Andrew and Heather.
